We are looking for some a Real Estate Manager for our Branch location in Great Falls, Montana. Come and join the strongest progressive Credit Union in the area.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting members with their account financial lending needs.
- Providing account information.
- Processing various financial transactions, Mortgage loan applications, interviews, decision-making, and disbursals.
- Assisting members with credit counseling and budgeting.
- Lien filing and releases.
- Ordering appraisals and title documents.
- Cross-selling debt protection and GAP insurance.
- Matching our members’ needs with the appropriate credit union products/services.
Requirements:
- Business Degree or 2 years of financial lending experience.
- Knowledgeable in lending practices and regulations, specifically Mortgage lending.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Must be able to effectively cross-sell credit union services and products.
- Excellent listening and written/verbal communication skills.
- Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Proven team player.
- Proficient knowledge of standard office equipment and Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
